Metl-Span Introduces Metl-Vision^TM Window System

Metl-Span has introduced Metl-Vision^TM, a new window system with a flush frame design to fully integrate with the popular Metl-Span III 2” CF horizontal wall panel.  Metl-Vision^TM ensures a weathertight installation and offers great flexibility in window sizes, configurations and finish options.The system accommodates window heights matching the standard wall panel widths of 24”, 30” and 36”.  Window width is virtually unlimited using spliced head and sill members in combination with intermediate vertical muntins.  Finishes include anodized, two-coat painted, three-coat painted and mill finish.


Development of the new system was directed by Jay Smith, national sales manager.  “Architects prefer to design using integrated window systems instead of drop-ins or punching out panels,” says Smith.  “We worked closely with Moduline to create a system that performs extremely well with our CF horizontal panels.  The finished assembly eliminates interface problems common with standard windows.”

Metl-Span pioneered many of the developments of insulated metal panels and continues to make significant contributions to design innovations and technology that have become industry standards.
