The field-seamed, factory-caulked Span-Lok™ system has been designed and tested to meet the most demanding of performance specifications. It can be used with confidence on both new and retro-fit projects having roofline pitches as low as 1/4" in 12".

The two-piece, factory-caulked sliding clip design allows the panel system to thermally float relative to the support structure, while elevating the panel to a degree which allows for air convection and ventilation between the underside of the panel and the mounting plane.

Longer than "standard" length requirements are handled with a structural splice detail, incorporating factory swedged panel ends and a splice kit for strong, weathertight end laps. Span-Lok™ is also a high performance structural panel system capable of open frame spans of up to 5' depending on gauge, profile and load requirements.
