AEP Span manufactures high performance, quality metal roofing products using state-of-the-art computerized multi-station rollform equipment. Tensioned leveled coil is brought into our manufacturing facilities which passes through additional leveling equipment during the rollforming process to produce the highest quality products.

Our standard substrate is 24/22 gauge Galvalume steel that is warranted for 20 years. Our standard 20 year warranted paint finish is a 70% PVDF premium fluorocarbon coating utilizing Kynar 500^® and Hylar 5000^® coating technology. We offer 24 colors as a standard selection and virtually unlimited colors and finishes for special requirements.

Products designed and recommended by AEP Span for specific types of applications have been tested under the applicable Underwriters Lab, ASTM and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers testing procedures. Test reports, technical bulletins and substrate/paint finish warranties are available upon request.
