Infill retrofit systems provide solutions to problematic drainage conditions on existing buildings. Poorly designed roof plans have been utilized over the years generating the cause of many roof leaks. Saw tooth industrial buildings and multiple building additions meeting at an eave for barrel and gable roof designs create poor drainage or "valley gutter" conditions.

Infill retrofit systems can raise the low point of these roof sections providing positive drainage to the outside of the building envelope. The retrofit system becomes the "infill" to the low area in the building section. Infill retrofit systems are the most effective way to correct problematic drainage conditions.
